The fists are the very first weapon available to a newly spawned survivor.
Pros:
- No weight in inventory
- Available once spawned and does not have to be found
Cons:
- Next to no damage
- Short range
Trivia
- 1000 kills with the fists will grant the achivement Bare Knuckle.
