- Shovel Mode has a decent chance to knock back zombies
- Pick Mode comparable to machete or fire ax in power
Cons
- Heavy
- High stamina usage - 7 swings tops before exhaustion
- Cannot use maglite with it
- Charged attack does not always kill with a hit to the head
- Shovel Mode weaker than most other weapons - frequently needs three hits
- Pick Mode has such short range, push doesn't reach outside of zombie's reach
