The Beretta 92FS, known by its Department of Defense designation of M9, is a very common civilian, law enforcement and military sidearm. It was developed in the 1980s and adopted in 1985 to replace the Colt M1911A1 as the standard sidearm of the US military.
The Beretta 92FS featured in No More Room in Hell is chambered in 9x19mm ammunition and stores 15 rounds per magazine.
The Beretta 92FS can be used in conjunction with a maglite.
Strategy
Since the 9x19mm ammunition the Beretta uses kills only with two headshots, the Beretta 92FS should be used as a medium-range weapon, while the player can defend himself from close range with a melee weapon, or a Colt M1911A1.

Trivia
Players usually refers to the weapon as the M9 Pistol, which is false, since the weapon lacks the underbarrel rails the M9 has, which makes it a simple Beretta 92fs.
